I'm very glad to share few healthcare tips i had read recently. I hope & believe this tips might be very helpful guide for wellness. All this while we used to eat all kind of fruits and love it for its tasteful BUT DON'T FORGET its benefit for our HEALTH.

MANGOSTEEN

The ripe fruits is reddish purple in color with white fleshy edible part in the centre (aril).

Medical Benefits :-

    The dry fruits is better.The whitish soft fresh (aril) has a cooling effect to the body.It is used to treat diarrhoea , dysentery , skin infection , and white discharge (in women).Its is green as syrup to children. 


 
BANANA


These elogated fruits grow in a bunch with large leaves , the are green or slight green yellow when ripe.         


Medical Benefits :-
The shoots , flowers , unripe fruits , stem and the baric have medicinal usage , the ripe fruits helps to soften the faces (stool) and smoothens the seminal fluid flow. The cooked unripe fruits , flowers and stem increase urination , reduce stomache and heals stomach ulcers.

Caution :- Individual with joint and knee pain or gout must not consume plantains.
